The apartment is situated in the upscale 16th District. One of inner Paris’s famous residential districts: The Trocadero, parallel from the very lively rue de Passy.

It's situated on the “Triangle d’Or” which, way back was known as the area where wealthy people used to live, hence the beautiful building known as “Hausmanian period” going back to the late 1900 century.

This place is perfectly located to visit the city of lights; you'll be few minute walks from the Trocadero overlooking the Eiffel Tower (7th district), and about 20 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysée (8th district). You will also be close to the Bois de Boulogne, known as the main green area of Paris. You'll be few minutes’ walks from the Seine (near the Alma Bridge).

The nearest metro stations are Passy (3mns walks on line 6) and Porte de la Muette (10mns walks on line 9). The nearest RER station is RER Kennedy-Radio France (line C), this line will take to Versailles Castle and gardens.

The Trocadero is located on one side of the Eiffel Tower. The esplanade of the Trocadero from where you can have the most impressive view of the unique Eiffel Tower built on the Champs de Mars and its beautiful floral gardens. In the Trocadero place, you can enjoy the Cinema Museum, the Movie Museum and the Human Being Museum.

The Trocadero Plaza where you could visit the Marine’s Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and others. Walk to the Champs Elysées, and then climb at the top of the Arch of Triumph, from there you will marvel at the beauty of the Champs Elysées, with the Place de la Concorde on one side, and Paris's business centre "La Defense" on the other.

Going right from the Champs Elysées you soon will see the Eiffel Tower, another (high) vantage point on a clear day. If you feel like having the diner of a lifetime make a reservation at the Jules Vernes restaurant right in the Eiffel Tower but bear in mind that it’s a rather pricey restaurant though, but on a clear night the sight from up there is simply breathtaking… You will soon reach Place de La Concorde with near by are “L’Orangerie” on the “Tuileries Garden”s, “d’Orsay” and the “Louvre Museums”. The Avenue Montaigne, also near by is for your eyes delight where DIOR, YVES SAINT-LAURENT, UNGARO, LANCEL, ESTRADA, CARTIER, HERMES and many more shops are located, etc. The “Plaza Hotel offers the best lunches and diners… Subways, buses, or taxis, are around. While exploring the “Madeleine” area near by the “Concorde Plaza” on the 8th district you should stop for a visit at “Fauchon” and/or Hediard” both are renowned worldwide for their exquisite prepared dishes of fishes or meats, pastries, fruits, vegetables, wines, Champagnes, coffee, teas and more.

To the south of it stroll on the “Jardin du Champ de Mars” have a look at the “Peace Monument” and on to the “Ecole Militaire”.

The Concord plaza is slightly further down so are the Orsay, Orangerie, Grand Palais & Petit Palais and the Louvre Museums.

The National Assembly, the Ecole Militaire (where Napoleon is resting) are also near by.
