The fully furnished, one bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of a beautiful apartment building in the 16th arrondissement, very close to the Trocadero and just across the river from the Eiffel tower, in central Paris.
The apartment is about 52 square meters (560 square feet). A queen bed with a comfortable pillowtop mattress is located in the curtained alcove, and the comfortable sofa and chaise in the living room convert into a bed that sleeps two.
Recently repainted in the classic style, the living room also contains a writing desk, three lovely upholstered Napolean III chairs, and a dining table. The hardwood floor in the living room and bedroom has also just been refinished. A large set of cabinets with a wardrobe with hangers provide ample storage space for your personal belongings.
Maid service is available. A washer/dryer and vacuum are located in the apartment for your convenience. If you wish, we can arrange for your refrigerator to be filled with groceries when you arrive.
A high speed Internet connection, European (220v) and American (110v) outlets are available for your convenience. A Broadband telephone line provides you free calls to the United States and Canada. Calls to Paris and the rest of Europe and the world can be made via calling card (US calling cards are easiest), or through the telephone at a rate of about $0.03/minute. Incoming calls are available with the US-based broadband phone number.
The kitchen includes a sink, refrigerator and small freezer, stove and oven, and a microwave. Dishes, and silverware, as well as pots, pans, and all essential cooking utensils are supplied with the rental.
